Customized Private Training for You and Your Dog
Our Private Lessons programs are designed for the owners who want to be involved every step of the way and learn the ins and outs of training their dog. Through these programs, you as the owner will become proficient in your dog’s language and understand the marathon that is dog training!
Our Private Lessons are offered for both Advanced and Basic obedience!
AdvancedDog Lessons:
- 8 lessons with an expert dog trainer, in your home and out in public
- Advanced off leash obedience(come, sit, down, place, heel, off, kennel, load up, wait)
- Reliable off leash recall
- On leash and off leash heeling
- Manners in the home and in public
- Greeting manners with other dogs and people
- Eradication of most problem behaviors(jumping, incessant barking, digging, counter surfing, pulling on the leash, reactivity, etc.)
- Owner training is highly emphasized
- Homework is given between lesson to ensure progress
- LIFETIME SUPPORT
- Access to group meet ups and pack walks
BasicDog Lessons:
- 5 lessons with a professional trainer in your home
- Basic on leash obedience(come, sit, down, place, heel, off)
- Loose leash walking
- Eradication of minor behavior problems(jumping, begging for food, leash pulling, etc)
- Owner training is highly emphasized
- Homework is given in between lessons to ensure progress
Both programs include any tools needed to train your dog! We want to set you and your dog up for success even beyond the completion of your training program.
What To Expect from our Private Training Programs
Our Private Lessons programs involve one of our trainers coming to your home and working alongside you and your dog. We will train both you and your dog from the ground up to achieve the desired level of obedience. Not only will your dog listen to you, but they will trust you, respect you, and WANT to obey you! It’s almost too good to be true.
Your trainer will teach you all about how to train your dog, starting from the simple stuff like luring and marking behaviors, to the more complicated issues such as reactivity and anxiety. You and your trainer will work together to build a strong foundation for your dog and to create a bond between you and your dog that is unbreakable!
Private Lessons are very time-consuming from you as the owner, so it’s imperative that you have a relatively open schedule in order to make progress! If you think your home life is too demanding and you won’t be able to put in the necessary time daily to work with your pup, you may want to consider one of our board and train programs instead.
